Below are two questionnaires which we request all our clients to complete. We know everyone hates filling out forms and we’re sorry, but the information we gather is instrumental in helping us to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.
As you can see one section is for the addresses and timing for our Main Package and the other section is for the ‘Bride Getting Ready’ photos.
